Apple Cider Apple Cider Vinegar

Apple Cider Vinegar (ACV) is an effective natural bacteria-fighting agent that contains many vital minerals and trace elements such as potassium, calcium, magnesium, phosphorous, chlorine, sodium, sulfur, copper, iron, silicon and fluorine that are vital for a healthy body.

Natural Apple Cider Vinegar is made by crushing fresh, organically grown apples and allowing them to mature in wooden barrels. When the vinegar is mature, it contains a dark, cloudy, web-like bacterial foam called mother, which becomes visible when the rich brownish liquid is held to the light. Natural vinegars that contain the mother have enzymes and minerals with benefits; the sparkling clear variety will have practically no health benefits due to over-processing, over-heating, and filtration.

Propagators of this wonder drug claim that the best way to have the vinegar is first thing in the morning. Mix two tablespoons each of apple cider vinegar and honey in a glass of water and drink it.

Benefits

Apple cider vinegar is helpful in ailments such as constipation, headaches, arthritis, weak bones, indigestion, high cholesterol, diarrhea, eczema, sore eyes, chronic fatigue, mild food poisoning, hair loss, high blood pressure, obesity, along with a host of many other ailments.

Cholesterol

Pectin in the vinegar is a fiber which helps reduce bad cholesterol by soaking up fats and LDL cholesterol and eliminate them, preventing them from being absorbed into the body.

Diabetes

Insulin

Insulin is secreted by the beta cells of the pancreas in response to high blood sugar, although a low level of insulin is always secreted by the pancreas. After a meal, the amount of insulin secreted into the blood increases as the blood glucose rises. In response to insulin, cells (muscle, red blood cells, and fat cells) take glucose in from the blood, which ultimately lowers the high blood glucose levels back to the normal range.

Type II diabetes is either due to insulin resistance or insulin deficiency. Fiber in apple cider vinegar functions to help in the absorption of excess glucose in your bloodstream and help avoid sugar spikes that lead to problems with diabetes and also food cravings that lead to weight gain.

Not good, not good, things has not been doing well for me since April... I lost 4 kg of weight and my blood glucose is elevated when i did my blood test on 15 April. Why why why? Doctor say the elevated blood glucose and loss of weight could be due to diabetes caused by the immunosuppresant medication that i am taking. OMG! Now i must work harder to control my sugar intake. No wonder, they say that after transplant is another race and new health battle. The medications has a lot of side effectes, now that i know of is elevated cholesterol, elevated blood glucose and bone loss... dunno what else holds ahead in future.

Also, my eyes have been blur and cannot seen to focus on close proximity and small words. I wonder what happened? Its a sudden onset when one day i found that i have difficulty sms as i find it hard to read the small words. Especially a night, sometimes i cannot even see my sms. But the strange thing is i can see far things very well. Dunno what happened?? Just hope that my eyes will recover soon as even reading is a problem as i cannot focus long or the words will become blur. I will be going to the eye centre to check up and consultation on 12 May. Hopefully nothing is wrong and i can get a good eye specialist to check for me.
